Return Policy

Floral Product Disclaimer

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral products, all sales are final once an order has been delivered, picked up, or accepted by the recipient. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on fresh floral arrangements, custom floral designs, or event florals.

It is our policy to provide fresh flowers to our best preparation. Flower varieties, colors, and container styles may vary based on seasonal availability and market conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.

Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary in size, color, bloom stage, and lifespan. Proper care is required after delivery. We are not responsible for flower longevity issues caused by improper handling, weather exposure, missed delivery acceptance, delayed refrigeration, pets, allergies, or recipient care after delivery.

Delivery Disclaimer

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

    •    Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

    •    Recipient unavailability

    •    Apartment or gated community access issues

    •    Unsafe delivery conditions

    •    Weather delays, traffic, or events outside our control

It is our policy to leave flowers if weather conditions are favorable and recipient has a covered porch area. If weather is not favorable, a notice will be left and flowers will be returned to our shop at 7570 GIBSON ST. If a re-delivery attempt is required, additional delivery fees may apply.

Once an order is delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer/recipient.

Merchandise 

Running on Blooms is a small business that features seasonal items, so we require a strict return policy. Items purchased in our store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 7 days. 

Products must be unused and in original packaging. 

We will need your receipt (text or email) as proof of purchase.

Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), jotter pens, sale or clearance items, custom made or special order items. All flowers are final sale.

Refund & Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

    •    Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once floral preparation has begun.

    •    Custom, holiday, event, wedding, sympathy, and personalized orders are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    •    Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear photographs of the product and packaging with timestamps.

    •    Refund requests based on personal preference, minor color variation, flower substitutions, bloom stage, or subjective dissatisfaction will not be approved.

    •    Any approved refund or replacement is issued solely at our discretion.

    •    Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent activity.

    •    Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback for properly fulfilled and delivered orders.

    •    Delivery confirmation, recipient confirmation, photographs, GPS delivery records, timestamps, and communication records may be used as evidence to dispute chargebacks.
