Running on Blooms is a small business that features seasonal items, so we require a strict return policy. Items purchased in our store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 14 days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging. 

We will need your receipt (text or email) as proof of purchase.

Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), jotter pens, sale or clearance items, custom made or special order items. All flowers are final sale.
