Running on Blooms loves giving back! Each year we allocate a budget to support community activities.

Recently, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities. We ask that you complete this form so we can fairly distribute our support to as many organizations as possible.

Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are only able to assist with organizations that adhere to the following guidelines:
• Requests must be received 4 weeks prior to the deadline for donation. Incomplete or late requests may not be accepted.
• Donation requests must have an intended dollar amount attached.
• Organizations must be within 50 miles of the Running on Blooms shop.
• Submission of this application does not guarantee a donation.

In exchange for a donation, the following stipulations must be adhered to:

• Running on Blooms must be on your vendor acknowledgement list.
• Our shop name and logo must be be prominently displayed with the donated item.
