Running on Blooms loves giving back!

Each year, our small business allocates a budget to support community activities. Recently, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities. We ask that you complete this form so we can fairly distribute our support to as many organizations as possible.

Due to the large number of requests we receive, we will only be able to assist with organizations that adhere to the following guidelines:

• Requests must be received 4 weeks prior to the deadline for donation.
Incomplete or late requests will not be accepted.
• Donation requests must have an intended dollar value attached.
• We do not provide monetary sponsorships of any kind.
• Requests are not granted for organizations outside of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Dayton area.
• Submission of this application does not guarantee a donation.
